Christopher Blade Design

Christopher Blade is a graduate from the Royal College of Art, London. He has a Masters Degree and BA (Hons) Degree in glass making and design. He was recently appointed Manager of the Glass Studios & glass production facilities at the National Glass Centre, Sunderland, UK

Chris designs and makes bespoke art glass often inspired from his extensive travels as a travel photographer. These photos may be browsed under the 'Travel Photography' section of this site. Chris also works as a University Lecturer & freelance designer and his Contemporary Glass is in many private collections worldwide.
